Level 1

Primary Selves:
These are the sub personalities we mainly identify with and who, often unconsciously, run our lives. They include the Rulemaker, the pusher, the critic, the pleaser, the perfectionist etc. By finding out how they rule our lives and exploring ways of separating from them we take charge of our life and create new ways of behaviour.

Disowned Selves:
The parts in us we push aside: anger, jealousy, selfishness, vulnerability etc. and also energies we admire in other people but  can’t access in ourselves, creativity, courage, assertiveness, playfulness, the ability be without having to do. Discover the consequences of repressing these energies and ways of safely reintroducing them into our lives.

Aware Ego:
By identifying the Primary Selves and separating from them, as well as reintegrating the Disowned Selves, we continuously expand our ability to be centred within the different polarities. From this centred position, the Aware Ego, we can start to take care of our vulnerability in a direct way and have more awareness and choice in our daily lives.

Transforming Judgement:
A 6 step process, looking at judgement as a way to discovering Disowned and Primary Selves. Working through the different steps we realise the hidden value of any Disowned Self and the effect it would have if we integrated it into our system.

Voice Constellation:
Voice Constellation has been developed to provide the opportunity to work with Voice Dialogue in the context of a larger group. It is a combination of Voice Dialogue, Psycho Drama and family constellation. Using the other members of the group to represent our Personality Structure in a three dimensional form, we explore the power of the different Selves in a very dynamic way.

Bonding Patterns:
The dance of the selves in any relationship: between lovers, siblings, parents and children, work mates, flat mates, employers and  employees, gurus and disciples, therapists and clients. By mapping these exchanges and exploring the primary and disowned Selves involved, we can learn to step out of the dance and develop new ways of relating.

Facilitation:
Basic facilitation skills are being taught and you are encouraged to practice facilitation during the course under supervision. Participants are encouraged to continue facilitating each other after the seminar as a way of deepening their facilitation skills and continuing their personal work.

Level 2

Body Dialogue:
We are a complex system of body / mind / emotions/ chemicals / genetics etc. Physical symptoms need to be dealt with on all these levels. Voice Dialogue can support us to find out some of the inner meaning of illness and other physical symptoms. Talking directly to the body or the symptoms we can explore the inner meaning of illness and other physical symptoms.

Dreams:
Voice Dialogue stimulates the dream process. Instead of trying to interpret the language of dreams with out mind, we use the Voice Dialogue process to access the images directly and experience their reality. This We work directly with the images and find out what they mean to us personally.

Transpersonal Dialogue:
The spiritual and transpersonal aspect of this work. How to access our essence, make it available to ourselves and clients and learn to live our lives connected to our soul. Transpersonal Dialogue is one of the many processes that can remind us of the reality that we are more than our personality. As Voice Dialogue develops our Aware Ego process, Transpersonal Dialogue provides a direct experience of essence, deepening our ability to stay present in our daily lives. It functions as a bridge between personality and soul, expanding Voice Dialogue into a transformational practice. Some of this work is now also based on an adaptation of the big-mind process of Genpo Roshi.

Energetics:
Each sub-personality carries a particular energy which effects ourselves and others. For example, personal energy helps us to connect and feel the other person, whereas impersonal energy is important for boundaries and protection. Find out which energy pattern you are identified with and learn to access the opposite. Create and practise energetic protection, which is especially important for health practitioners.

Facilitation:
More advanced facilitation skills are being taught (working with the team and working through the Aware Ego) and you are encouraged to practice facilitation in the group under supervision.

Level 3

Facilitation:
Which sub personalities come up for you when you are facilitating, how do they support or hinder the process. Practicing facilitation within the group (“fishbowl’) and in dyads or triads under supervision. All advanced techniques will be practiced.

Bonding Patterns:
Exploring the dynamics between you and your client; transference and counter-transference. How does your client carry your disowned selves and how to stay centred.

Relationship coaching:
Looking at the ways we can work with couples and families. Learning to work with bonding patterns. How do we support each client without taking sides, becoming the neutral “translator”.

Transpersonal Dialogue:
What is soul reality and how do we bring this more consciously into our sessions. Learning to be in touch with the transpersonal reality in ourselves and to support our clients to be able to go there. What are the gateways?
